To sync this calendar with your phone or other device,

follow the instructions for your system below.

1. On the left side of the screen under your main calendar listing there is the "Other Calendars" listing. Click on the + icon directly to the right.

2. From the menu that appears, select the choice "From URL"

3. Type in this address: 

https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0?cid=Y185NmhubmNzYm5saTYzazdudGxjYTFyM3ZpNEBncm91cC5jYWxlbmRhci5nb29nbGUuY29t

(this is the same as the button above). Then hit the "Add calendar" button.

Click the "Sync This Calendar" button above. If you do this, you can skip step 1, and the calendar’s web address is filled out for you in step 2.

  1. In the Calendar app  on your Mac, choose File > New Calendar Subscription.

  2. Enter the calendar’s web address ( https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/c_96hnncsbnli63k7ntlca1r3vi4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics )  then click Subscribe.

  3. Enter a name for the calendar in the Name field, then click the adjacent pop-up menu and choose a color.

  4. Click the Location pop-up menu, then choose an account for the subscription.

    • If you choose your iCloud account, the calendar is available on all your computers and devices that are set up with iCloud.

    • If you choose On My Mac, the calendar is saved on your computer.

  5. To get the calendar’s event attachments or alerts, deselect the appropriate Remove checkboxes.
     

  6. Click the Auto-refresh pop-up menu, then choose how often to update the calendar.
     

  7. To prevent alerts from appearing for this calendar, select “Ignore alerts.”
     

  8. Click OK.

    To make changes later, click the name of the calendar, then choose Edit > Get Info.

iOS Calendar (iPhone app)

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
     

  2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
     

  3. Tap on Add Account... under the Mail section.

4. Tap on Other.

 

5. Tap on Add Subscribed Calendar under the Other section.
 

6. Enter or copy in the server location of the calendar.

https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/c_96hnncsbnli63k7ntlca1r3vi4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

7. You do NOT need to enter any username, password, or SSL info.

8. Tap the Next button.
 

9. Tap the Save button.

That's it, the subscribed Calendar will now show up in the Calendar app.

  1. Sign in to Outlook.com.

  2. At the bottom of the page, select the calendar icon.

  3. In the navigation pane, select Add calendar.

  4. Select Subscribe from web.

  5. Enter this URL: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/c_96hnncsbnli63k7ntlca1r3vi4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

  6. Select import.
